Course “Spanish for teens”

Mondays 17:00-18:00.

Spanish is spoken by hundreds of millions of people natively, not to mention millions more as a second language.
Acquiring a second language is also awesome! We all know how impressed we are when someone tells us they speak a second or third language. Our opinion of a person changes drastically, and most often for the better when we find out someone we have just met speaks foreign languages. It is impressive because we all know how much hard work it takes and hard work is respected in our society. This new-found adoration from friends and community can give you a big boost in confidence.

Course “Spanish for adults”

Mondays 19:00-20:00.

If you are a person with a thirst for knowledge, learning Spanish will open a whole new world to you. On our course, you might make new friendship with like-minded people! You will learn the culture of the country, the people and traditions. If you are already in love with Spain and visit the country often knowing the language will help you to make it a home!

I was born in Madrid, Spain, and I always loved foreign languages, especially English. After studying English Philology, I really enjoyed the subjects of linguistics and teaching methodology and I decided to do a postgraduate course in teaching. My teaching experiences have been very positive and fulfilling. As a Spanish teacher, creating a sense of excitement about foreign languages is something that I am very passionate about. When I teach Spanish, I create an atmosphere in which students feel they can communicate better each time in a wide range of situations and where they feel at ease whatever their ability. Teaching a foreign language is an area of education that I enjoy greatly, and I would like the opportunity to make learning for others as enjoyable and fulfilling as my own has been.
